As we continue to scale, we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are excited to help shape the next era of micromobility.   E-Scooter Delivery Driver (1099 Contractor) Shift Options: Day Shift: 7am - 3pm  Weekdays with weekend availability required Mid-Day Shift: 3pm - 11pm Weekdays with weekend availability required Overnight Shift: 11pm - 7am Weekdays with weekend availability required Location: 102 South Earley St. Alexandria, VA 22304 Important: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse. A company van will be provided during your shift to complete job duties. Job Summary Veo is seeking reliable and motivated operations professionals to support daily fleet operations. In this role, you will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles across the city, and perform basic quality checks and minor repairs. This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying on the move, and solving problems independently. Key Responsibilities * Follow instructions in the company mobile app to complete assigned tasks * Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries * Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas * Perform basic repairs and quality checks * Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters * Complete additional operational tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills * 21+ years old * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Comfortable driving a company van * Smartphone savvy and comfortable using mobile applications * Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance * Strong attention to detail and communication skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently Nice to Have * Knowledge of the Alexandria area and surrounding streets * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends * Experience in warehouse, delivery, manufacturing, or similar roles Perks * Competitive hourly pay * Flexible work schedule * Company-provided vehicle during shifts * Veo ride credits * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing technology company     Below is the expected salary range for this position. The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who loves to solve problems, work with their hands, and be active throughout an entire shift.
