In this role, you'll be the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a welcoming environment where our team can thrive. As our Office Assistant, you'll own itoptimizing office functionality and providing the support our team needs to reach new productivity levels. You'll work to level up our office and collaborate with our Copenhagen HQ to bring our culture and values to life in Miami. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a lively and engaging work environment where creativity and collaboration flourish. Key Responsibilities Ensure a well-functioning and inviting office Manage daily ordering, setup, and clean-up of lunch for the office Assisting the office in day-to-day operations, including restocking beverages and ordering snacks Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as onboarding of new joiners, and company breakfasts Coordinating social events, holiday gatherings, Friday bars, and intramural sports Coordinate with external vendors on operational activities such as catering, cleaning, IT, and building management Ensure that the daily meeting rooms are set up Greet visitors and be the first point of contact Be the first point of contact with vendor invoicing Ad hoc tasks include watering the plants every Monday, keeping the office nice and tidy, to the not-so-glamorous tasks of taking out the trash and filling the dishwasher About You Warm and inviting presence Willingness to handle routine work A friendly people person with a customer-centric mindset Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful Motivated by creating an exceptional workplace experience $35,000 - $45,000 a year At Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
