What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience supporting physical hardware products. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and process optimization methodologies. Proven ability to build or scale manufacturing processes in fast-moving hardware environments.
