    Location: Gainesville, VA or US Remote

    Summary:

    As a Service Estimate Coordinator, you will generate estimates and proposals for client approval on work orders exceeding the outlined scope of customer service. Process and update work orders which are temporarily not billable to the client to bring them within compliance or receive approval to bill. Work with Accounts Receivable and Collections to resolve customer disputes and generate successful invoicing.

    What You'll Do:

    Service Estimates:Review flagged service work orders for work performed and additional work required to evaluate pricing against customer approved not-to-exceed (NTE) values.Write and submit to clients estimates for approval to increase the authorized billing value for the work order.Revise estimates as needed to comply with customers approved scope of work or to answer client questions or requests for clarification.Process approvals to proceed with work for flagged work orders. Process rejections of estimates to halt work and proceed with billing on completed scope. Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections Updates:Follow up with customer on site status and work order completion information to support invoicing efforts. Coordinate with customer contacts and Accounts Receivable regarding outstanding/unpaid invoices. Review disputed or flagged invoices for accuracy and ensure that what the customer is being billed is correct based on service agreements and work performed. Write and submit to clients requests to increase the not-to-exceed value for completed work when invoice value exceeds customer pre-authorized values. Reconcile 3rd Party software work orders to comply with invoice upload requirements.Work with Service Billing team to adjust invoice calculation when required for successful invoice processing.

    What You'll Need:

    High School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years' experience in Call Center or Customer Service Industry.Attention to Detail:Research and analyze details of site history, customer requirements, and billing.Analytical Skills:
    Provide resolutions for progression of service tickets.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Communicate regularly with customer and internal teams to provide updates and feedback.Ability to Work Independently:Able to make independent decisions regarding estimated time needed to complete the service job.Adaptability:Learning new customer requirements and contract changes.Time Management:Prioritize job tasks and deliver efficiencies.

    Summary:

    As a Senior Systems Technician, you'll be tasked with installing and/or servicing of complex residential and commercial solutions including wired and wireless systems. Responsibilities also include a basic understanding of access control and video surveillance systems, ability to troubleshoot more complex systems including network issues, and work with basic integration. A more effective communicator, they also serve as a mentor to junior technicians and shares learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.

    What You'll Do:

    Install/service residential and/or commercial systems:
    Complete installation and/or servicing of various types of security systems, including wired and wireless systems, with minimal supervision.Troubleshoot more complex systems and network issues and work with basic integration. Run and fish wires in a concealed manner. Set up and communicate system functionality to customer and answer questions. Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible. Employ basic logic skills to move an issue to resolution. Train and mentor technicians:Review work of Entry Level and Level 1 technicians on shared job site and provide training to correct any errors. Train and mentor Entry Level and Level 1 technicians on package and/or less complex systems.

    What You'll Need:

    Summary:

    As a Senior Alarm Systems Technician, you’ll take the lead in keeping critical security systems running, not just installing them. This Jacksonville-based role is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being the expert customers rely on when something isn’t working.

    This position is primarily service-focused (90% service / 10% install), giving you the opportunity to sharpen your troubleshooting skills across a wide range of systems - from legacy panels to modern smart security and access control platforms. Our techs are trusted to own their territory, make decisions in the field, and operate with autonomy. Additionally, you’ll also play a key role in supporting team success by sharing knowledge and helping less experienced techs grow.

    This opportunity is ideal for a technician who prefers service and troubleshooting over heavy install work, enjoys working across a mix of modern and legacy systems, and wants the freedom to own their day and solve problems in the field.     What You’ll Do:

    Perform service, troubleshooting, and inspection of alarm, access control, and CCTV systems across commercial and residential environmentsDiagnose and resolve issues on wired and wireless alarm systems, including both legacy and modern panelsTrace, test, and repair wiring and system components to restore functionality efficientlyService and support systems including:Alarm panels (Qolsys, Honeywell VISTA, DSC, DMP, 2GIG, Ademco)Access control (Alarm.com, Brivo)CCTV and camera systemsConduct system testing and inspections to ensure reliability and complianceProvide light installation support as needed (small portion of role)Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites during service visitsCommunicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and system functionality in a professional mannerCollaborate with leadership and team members on more complex service needs

    What You’ll Need (Required):

    4+ years of experience in the alarm and security integration industryAt least 2+ years of life safety and/or home automation experienceProven experience troubleshooting alarm systems and working with wired infrastructureHands-on experience with:Alarm panels, contacts, and system componentsCCTV and camera systemsCard access systemsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving historyStrong ability to trace wiring, diagnose issues, and work independently in the fieldProfessional communication skills and customer-first mindsetFASA/BASA Certification

    Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

    Experience with fire systems (Potter, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight)Additional industry certifications (NICET, ESA, etc.)
