  Have 1-3 years in an outbound sales or commercial role (SDR, BDR, SaaS, logistics,recruitment, real estate... we care more about mindset than background)Love competing and hate losingWant to learn quickly and surround yourself with ambitious peopleHave a work ethic that doesn't need managing
