Lead and develop managers across multiple operational departments. Drive process improvements and workflow optimization to increase efficiency and productivity. Marketing strategy
Provide strategic oversight and direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring programs, campaigns, and tactics align with company goals, support organizational growth, and strengthen brand awareness.
Lead generation and digital advertising
Drive the organization's lead generation strategy and performance. Closely track monthly and annual lead-generation goals and ensure marketing initiatives consistently meet or exceed these targets. Oversee digital advertising efforts, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and other performance marketing channels. Manage the relationship with the organization's external digital marketing strategist to ensure accountability, optimization, and return on investment.
Brand strategy and creative services
Provide strategic oversight of the company's brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Manage and mentor creative staff, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns align with brand standards, business objectives, and audience needs.

Directly manage and develop a marketing team, including creative and engagement staff. Set goals, provide feedback, support professional growth, and foster collaboration and accountability.
Strategic planning and counsel
Advise senior leadership on marketing strategy, audience engagement, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and market opportunities. Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans supporting company initiatives and priorities.
Content review and quality control
Review and approve high-visibility marketing materials, campaigns, advertisements, website content, creative assets, sponsorship activations, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to AP style and brand standards.
Brand consistency and stewardship

What we are looking for:
The Veteran Benefits Guide Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is a highly detail-oriented position requiring expertise with VA Laws and Regulations, as well as a current, detailed, comprehensive knowledge of company processes and procedures. The primary responsibilities of a QA Specialist are reviewing denied VA Rating Decision Letters and identifying Higher-Level Reviews, Supplemental Claims, and Clear and Unmistakable Errors. The QA Specialist will also prepare rebuttals and responses to VA Letters as deemed necessary. Additionally, the QA specialist is responsible for performing quality reviews and conducting audits to ensure that processes and procedures meet the established standards set by the organization.
Essential Functions:

• Interpret and analyze Rating Decision Letters to determine required next steps

• Prepares QRT Template, including Course of Action, providing guidance to departments in alignment with company policies, procedures, and operational Standards Maintain a record tracking of all VA Rating Decision Letter denials in the tracking system
