    Your role at Vantive

    The Manager/Sr. Manager, Global Supply Planning acts as Vantive’s enterprise expert and business owner for global supply planning policies, processes, standards, and tools. This role drives end‑to‑end supply planning excellence across network planning, site supply planning, and procurement planning, ensuring robust supply plans, strong service levels, and optimized inventory performance.

    As a hands‑on supply planning subject matter expert, the role establishes global best practices, leads process governance, and strengthens planner capability across regions and business units. This person promotes consistent and disciplined planning execution, drives improvements in plan quality, and builds a cohesive global supply planning community.

    Operating in a fast‑moving transformation environment, this role plays a key part in elevating SIOP effectiveness by driving supply planning maturity, supporting global cadence and analytics, and enabling effective supply-demand balancing. The position also partners closely with IT, master data, and digital teams to evolve planning systems, deploy enhancements, and introduce AI‑enabled automation that improves supply planning efficiency, visibility, and decision support.

    What you’ll be doing

    Global Process Ownership & Governance

    Define, maintain, and improve global supply planning policies, standards, and tools aligned with SIOP principles.

    Lead global supply planning process governance, ensuring consistency, data integrity, analytical rigor, and adherence across regions and business units.

    Establish and maintain performance metrics (plan adherence, inventory health, capacity utilization, supply reliability/service level, etc.), drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and manage a continuous improvement roadmap.

    Planning Excellence & Capability Building

    Coach and mentor network planners, site supply planners, procurement planners, analysts, and related functions to build skill depth, promote standard ways of working, and strengthen engagement.

    Develop and deliver training materials, playbooks, and standard work to promote global planning discipline and maturity.

    Build a cohesive planning community and foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross‑regional learning.

    Supply Planning Operations & Integration

    Coordinate the end‑to‑end global supply planning cycle, ensuring timely and high‑quality handoffs, documentation, and governance.

    Drive improved inventory management, master production scheduling (operating plans), capacity planning, constraint identification, supply risk management, and scenario analysis.

    Support SIOP supply reviews, including escalation of major risks, alignment on mitigation strategies, and integration with demand and financial planning.

    Partner with commercial, manufacturing, quality, fulfillment, and finance teams to resolve issues and improve execution.

    Technology, Data, & Automation

    Serve as the supply planning SME for planning and reporting systems.

    Define supply planning system requirements, partner with IT to resolve issues, deploy enhancements, and enable new capabilities.

    Identify and lead initiatives that introduce automation, AI , and advanced analytics initiatives that improve planning accuracy, speed, efficiency, and visibility.

    Oversee supply-related master data standards, ensuring data quality that supports accurate MPS, MRP, supply heuristics, and inventory planning.

    High‑quality, feasibly supply plans and supporting analytics (scenarios, assumptions, etc.) that drive strategic alignment and optimized financial and operational outcomes.

    What you’ll bring

    BA/BS in supply chain, engineering, business, analytics, or related field required.

    MBA or MS preferred but not required.

    Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM SCPC, CTSC, CPIM or CSCP, SCOR-P, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or data analytics credentials are highly desirable.

    5+ years of experience in supply planning, network planning, production planning, procurement planning, or related roles, with strong working knowledge of SIOP processes, preferably within the regulated medtech industry.

    3+ years of demonstrated experience leading supply planning process improvements and delivering results in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

    Advanced analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive‑ready materials.

    Hands‑on expertise with advanced planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/ Maestro or equivalent), statistical modeling, and agentic AI tools.

The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 - $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.     Your role at Vantive

    The Manager/Sr. Manager, Global Demand Planning acts as Vantive’s enterprise expert and business owner for global demand management policies, processes, standards, and tools.     Lead the End-to-End Supply Chain advanced analytics and network optimization team to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience.     What you'll bring

    Master’s in engineering, Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience

    7+ of experience in Supply Chain, healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service

    5+ years of experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects.

    In-depth understanding of Analytical and Network Modeling tools

    Lean/six sigma training and certification preferred.

    Good understanding of data management, analytics and visualization tools and their applications such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

    Good understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g. Oracle, AWS, etc.).

    Outstanding leadership capabilities by sponsoring and directing projects with extensive scope and cross-functional impact, fostering collaboration across departmental boundaries.

    Ability to work closely with different supply chain and business teams in different regions to implement data driven analytics tools to improve their regional and global financial performances.

    Manage a team of analysts in deploying data-driven decision-making tools and processes to increase efficiency.

    Establish and apply global KPIs in coordination with global and regional IT and ERP teams.

    Supervise the design and use of advanced analytical models and predictive algorithms to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas utilizing new ERP system features.

    Proven ability of driving results through both self and team leadership.

    Your role at Vantive

    Reporting to the VP of Global SIOP, the Associate Director, Global Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP) manages the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and associated plans. This role partners closely with Regional SIOP teams to ensure disciplined cadence, high-quality analytics, and clear decision support for executive forums.

    This hands-on, high visibility role is responsible for translating complex demand, supply, and inventory data into actionable insights that enables consistent and fact-based decision-making across Vantive’s global enterprise. The role plays a critical part in driving alignment across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams while supporting escalations, scenario analysis, and working capital decisions.

    The Associate Director, Global Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP) will act as the global business expert on SIOP tools, data, and standard work. He or she will maintain the effectiveness of the SIOP process, be a driver for its continuous improvement, and ensure ongoing high-quality integrated business plans.

    What you’ll be doing

    Coordinate the end-to-end global SIOP process, ensuring timely completion of all cycle steps, inputs, outputs, and documentation.

    Prepare, consolidate, and validate data and materials for Global SIOP meetings, including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial views.

    Develop and maintain standard SIOP analytics, dashboards, KPI’s, and reports to support decision-making, tradeoff analysis, and scenario planning.

    Act as a key point of coordination between regional and global SIOP forums, ensuring consistent information flow and adherence to standard work practices.

    Attend regional and country cluster SIOP meetings as needed to capture escalations, risks, and opportunities for global review and resolution.

    Support inventory management objectives by helping identify risks, excess, shortages, and working capital impacts, and documenting escalation decisions and approvals.

    Your role at Vantive

    The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

    Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.

    This position is physically demanding and requires this person to make deliveries in exciting locations as our customer base resides in urban and rural localities. Home deliveries will require the incumbent to deliver up to, and at times in excess of 45 cases per delivery. The Service Specialist works closely with multiple levels of the supply chain; including but not limited to, dialysis patients, regional office staff, customer service team, and healthcare professionals.

    The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for:

    Performs maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce equipment downtime and meet production schedules. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance as required to ensure equipment availability. Position reports to a Maintenance Supervisor.
