Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in cardiology.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Mon Health's section of Heart and Vascular Services
