We’re looking for BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians to join our Internal Medicine Department. We have positions available at several locations in the Vancouver, WA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment. Candidates with special interest in LGBTQ health are encouraged to apply.
The department consists of 26 physicians and 9 advanced practice clinicians. Our culture encourages collaboration between primary care and 40-plus specialties.
Position details:
Flexible schedules; four- or five-day work weeks
100% outpatient; shared call among entire department

We are recruiting for a Generalist or Advanced Endoscopist (ERCP +/- EUS). There is a strong referral base for general GI and/or for those that perform EUS. Advanced Endoscopist will have a dedicated day per week for those procedures without impacting compensation. Excellent collaboration with local foregut and hepatobiliary surgeons. Generalist position is evenly split between the ASC and office. All physicians have a 4 day work week. Hospital call is light and at a single hospital.

$100,000 retention bonus
Pay range $450k – 750k with first year guarantee commensurate with experience

Our growing department consists of a total 22 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 17 Nurse Midwives, 5 Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners and 3 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. We provide services at both local hospitals – PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
Additional details:
Full-time preferred, though will also consider applicants desiring a part-time position; Full-time is 7.25, 24-hour shifts per month
Call involves covering L&D at one hospital, backing up CNM group, as well as ER city call
Compensation is $155/hour and $322,400 annual salary (1.0 FTE)
