Major Goals:
The primary goal of the Managed Service Consultant is to consistently generate Net New recurring revenue (MRR) by acquiring new customers for managed services. The Resource Center Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the printing process of our customer sites. This includes preparing and producing high-quality printed materials, maintaining and operating printing equipment, ensuring efficient workflow, and collaborating with various departments to meet their printing needs. This also includes general customer service and administrative duties for our customers. This position will be trained on all customer sites and will float to these sites (coverage area is Greenwood, Columbus, and occassionally Indianapolis), as needed. When not needing to float, the position will report to our site located in Greenwood. Monday-Friday, hours fall between 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (dependent on coverage needs). No evenings or weekends!
