We offer primary care for all ages in-person, over the phone, and by text message. Community Health Navigators support our members with services beyond just clinical care. At some locations, we also take Medicaid! Healthcare is a family affair. Our goal is to keep mixed-Medicaid eligible families visiting the doctor together and to provide continuity of care as individuals fall in and out of eligibility. Eligible Locations: 4150 W Peoria Ave Phoenix, Arizona85029 Compensation: $5200 - $6000 (and $18/hr floor guarantee, uncapped commissions) Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and outgoing person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. This is a full-time 1099 contractor position. It involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person. Summer months in Arizona will prioritize project planning and indoor sales. Winter months will focus on door-to-door and outside sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities. Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions. Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services. Qualifications: Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles. Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus. Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the team is desirable. Must be proficient in both English and Spanish Other Requirements: W-9 completion is required for 1099 contract. Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed) Work Environment: Normally outdoor setting (regardless of weather) with occasional team huddle at Vamos Health clinic. Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and/or cell phone Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
