    🧩 The Good Stuff — At a Glance Position: MDS Coordinator / Resident Assessment Coordinator (RN) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Pay Range: Negotiable Focus: Clinical assessment, documentation, and care planning Direct Care: Assessment-based only 👩‍⚕️ Position Overview: MDS Coordinator (RN) Under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) , the Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) leads the interdisciplinary assessment process for assigned residents. This role is essential to ensuring resident-centered, compliant, and holistic care planning in the post-acute and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with strong assessment skills, exceptional documentation abilities, and a sharp eye for detail .
