    Position Summary:

    Perform daily routine maintenance repairs to assigned area(s). Repairs are in the range of but not limited to; painting, drywall patching/repairs, concrete wall patching/repairs, lightbulbs replacement, receptacles replacement, door installation/repairs, unclog toilets/sewer lines, light plumbing works, snow removal (when necessary), packaging deliveries. Participating in the on-call program.

    Hours : Monday Friday 7:30a to 4:00p (on call one weekend a month)

    Qualifications:

    Education : High School Graduate / GED

    Position Summary :

    The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership for outpatient services and programs and is responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity of all programs. Responsibilities include direct supervision and management of all outpatient clinical services. Supervises all staff providing outpatient services. Promotes and maintains a therapeutic environment, with the development/ implementation of evidence-based clinical treatment programs. The Director of Outpatient Services provides oversight of all aspects of outpatient clinical care and ensures safe, ethical care to all patients attending outpatient services.     Qualifications

    Preferred Requirements : A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS regulations and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

This position is responsible for providing direct high quality psychotherapy services to patients in assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning.  The Social Worker assists patients and their families in understanding and adjusting to diagnoses and potential treatments.  Social Workers can also help identify resources during treatment and after discharge.   The Social Worker effectively participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and the unit community relations team.  A Social Worker II may clinically supervise a Social Worker I.  A Social Worker II may serve as the Director of Social Services for the program per DPU requirements.

    Position Summary:

    The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership for outpatient services and programs and is responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity of all programs. Responsibilities include direct supervision and management of all outpatient clinical services. Supervises all staff providing outpatient services.     Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.
