The general medical provider will perform one-time compensation and pre-discharge examinations for our country’s veterans and/or service members. Exams are conducted to determine the existence and/or status of a condition for rating purposes.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough and focused medical evaluations.Analyze medical records, diagnostic test results, and other pertinent documentation.Develop medical opinions based on the medical examination findings, diagnostic results, and medical record review.Accurately record examination findings in concise reports that follow established VA guidelines and formats.Completion of required online-based training.

1-2 DBQs - $140
3-5 DBQs - $180
6-9 DBQs - $220
10-13 DBQs - $288
14 + DBQs - $329
Medical Opinion (EACH) - $60
NO SHOW:
Complete No Show - $40
Partial - $20
Requirements
· A valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license, with a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution.
