Shift/Schedule: Daytime M-F
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Optimize productivity by design, implementation, and testing of new productsTracking metrics and reportingManaging production trial projectsRaw material qualificationsDevelop programs and methods for product engineeringTechnical point of contact for customers and commercial representativesManage projects with cross-functional teamsIdentifies potential markets within the flexible packaging film and specialty film
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar4 years experience R&D Engineering in plastic films manufacturing is requiredStrong communication and analytical skills as well as problem-solving and critical thinking
