    Job Summary: The Regional Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance across regional operations by providing forward-looking insights, analysis, and guidance to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), branch leaders, and project managers. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, margin management, and performance monitoring to ensure accurate reporting and proactive decision-making. The Regional Finance Manager will act as a trusted business partner to RVP, delivering meaningful analysis and recommendations to improve project outcomes and regional profitability. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering able to partner effectively across functions and levels of the organization. Solid understanding of WIP, EAC project accounting, and forecasting.
