The Administrator is accountable and responsible for all administrative functions of the Surgery Center. This is to include all accreditations, licenses, certifications, regulatory and other filings, as well as internal documentation to comply with ASC policies and procedures. The Administrator coordinates activities routinely, as appropriate, with the Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Supervisor, Medical Director, Business Office Director and Patient Care Committee. The Administrator is also responsible for front desk operations, procurement, facilities, and the day-to-day operations of the center.
RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises all administrative employees of the Surgery Center. This includes recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and retention of staff.Maintains services in accordance with written policies and in compliance with various regulatory and accrediting agencies.In cooperation with the Medical Director and Clinical Supervisor, develops and monitors standards of care.Maintains a collegial relationship with physicians to ensure quality patient care. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Controller delivers timely financial statements, productivity and performance analyses, and ad hoc reporting that supports strategic decision-making across all three entities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable, Payroll & Cash ManagementThrough the Accounts Payable Clerk / Financial Analyst, with direct ownership where needed:
