Data disposition recommendations. Source-of-truth matrix. Architecture risk and gap assessment. Recommendations for data that should not reside in Salesforce. Supporting data layer recommendations. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Review the proposed Salesforce object model, data model, relationships, ownership assumptions, and integration approach. Assess whether the proposed design aligns with business needs, reporting needs, source data realities, and long-term supportability. Identify data that should not be placed in Salesforce and recommend where that data should reside instead. Recommend a cost-effective supporting data architecture for staging, transformation, reporting, integration, historical storage, and governance. Review vendor-provided design documentation, data mapping assumptions, and architectural recommendations. Identify risks related to Salesforce storage, custom objects, duplicate data, API usage, reporting limitations, licensing, governance, and technical debt. Recommend source-of-truth ownership for key data domains. Advise on integration and data flow patterns between Salesforce and other systems. Help define decision criteria for whether data should be migrated, referenced, summarized, archived, or excluded. Participate in design review sessions and provide written findings, risks, and recommendations. Objectives: Independently validate proposed Salesforce data structures and related data architecture decisions. Identify design risks before they become embedded in the build. Determine what data should reside in Salesforce, remain in source systems, be archived, be summarized, or be managed in a separate data layer. Review whether vendor recommendations support maintainability, reporting, integrations, governance, cost control, and long-term scalability. Provide internal staff with objective architectural guidance during a fast-moving delivery cycle. Reduce the risk of rushed decisions that prioritize implementation speed over proper data structure and sustainable design. Interested?     Channel Campaign Manager - Email (Remote) Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Channel Campaign Manager - Email (Remote) for our premier client. Education and Experience " Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of Marketing or Digital project experience. A minimum of 2 years of work experience with one or more of the following: email marketing, database marketing, data segmentation, data collection, digital marketing, direct mail production, web page building and/or html. Must Haves: 2+ years email campaign experience, with hands on experience building and deploying commercial email or equivalent experience with html/web page building, 2+ years working in an ESP like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah, and 2+ years experience with direct mail kits. Desired Characteristics: Demonstrated project management and workflow updating skills. Working in a PM platform like Workfront preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven or agile environment. 2+ years email campaign experience, with hands on experience building and deploying commercial email or equivalent experience with html/web page building. 2+ years working in an ESP like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah. Experience in consumer financial services with exposure to a credit card or retail environment. Experience working with data segmentation and data auditing. Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles. Strong Change Management skills - effective communicator, good at holding "crucial conversations" with clients and internal partners. Demonstrated aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Liaise with Client Marketing Team and stakeholders within Performance Marketing to deliver effective and timely direct marketing campaign projects. Manage file selection and segmentation of channel marketing audience and facilitate accurate execution of "file only" requests. Work within designated channel platforms to build and successfully launch direct marketing campaigns. Act as Subject Matter Expert in channel platform capabilities. Perform creative and data auditing and testing to ensure campaign accuracy. Drive data driven campaign results back to client teams for continuous campaign improvement. Update workflow management tool in real time to inform Pod managers and project initiators on campaign project status and timing. Work within agile, fast-paced marketing environment. Continued cross-channel upskilling in email, direct mail and mobile campaign execution, and other channels as added. Utilize project management tool to ensure all campaigns meet required campaign approval, retention, testing, launch and documentation requirements within the Campaign Execution process. Interested?
