Key Responsibilities
Drive Progress: Maintain and accelerate construction schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Manage Trades: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and vendors daily.Hands-On Leadership: Step in and assist with physical tasks on-site when critical milestones require extra support.Quality & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain premium hospitality standards.Problem Solving: Resolve on-site conflicts, material delays, and technical issues quickly.Qualifications
