We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) Specialist to join our newly developing ECMO program. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing veno-venous (V-V), venoarterial (V-A) ECMO, Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (ECPR), and ECMO transport. The ECMO Specialist functions independently following standing ECMO orders and parameters while under the direction of the ECMO Physician and ECMO APP. This role involves providing expert care to critically ill patients, ensuring optimal functioning of the ECMO circuit, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Additionally, you will be actively involved in research, education, and precepting as part of the program’s development.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or other business related field. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution and will be verified. Experience leading successful Quality Improvement projects.
