Electronics Test Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic circuit card assemblies and RF electronic systems in a production environment.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies to the component level, reading schematics, and using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, and signal generators.
ResponsibilitiesSet up test equipment and perform testing of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and electronic subassemblies.Troubleshoot analog, digital, and RF circuitry to the component level.Read and interpret electrical schematics to identify and isolate failures.Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make adjustments or replace components as needed.Perform calibration and functional testing of electronic assemblies and systems.Use electronic test equipment including:OscilloscopesDigital multimetersNetwork analyzers / VNAsSignal generatorsRF power metersFrequency measurement equipmentDocument test results, troubleshooting activity, and maintenance actions accurately.Assist engineering teams with the development and improvement of test procedures.Recommend improvements to test equipment, manufacturing processes, and product performance.Support production schedules while maintaining quality and accuracy.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field is preferred.1–3+ years of hands-on electronics testing or troubleshooting experience.Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies to the component level.Strong ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.Experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry.Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.Knowledge of solid-state electronic devices and micro-circuitry.Ability to accurately document testing and maintenance activities using Microsoft Office or similar systems.Preferred QualificationsRF circuit testing and troubleshooting experience.Experience using network analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, or spectrum analyzers.PCB, PWB, or circuit card assembly testing experience.Flying probe or ICT / in-circuit test experience.Experience with radar systems.Experience working in aerospace, defense, RF/microwave, electronics manufacturing, or other high-reliability production environments.
