    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Scheduler to develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules that ensure on-time delivery to customers while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. The Production Scheduler will coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Program Management teams to balance demand, capacity, and material availability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the job Location: Milpitas, CA [Onsite] Employment Type: Full-time, - Exempt Department: Logistics Reports To: Planning Manager Responsibilities: Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and proactively identify risks to delivery schedules. Adjust schedules in response to material shortages, equipment downtime, or priority changes, while minimizing disruption to operations. Communicate schedule status, changes, and constraints clearly to Production, Planning, and Management teams. Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Quick-Turn orders by integrating them into production without disrupting standard flow. Track key scheduling metrics (on-time delivery, line utilization, backlog) and provide regular reporting. Lead in daily production and planning meetings, providing updates on schedule adherence and upcoming risks. Track Load vs Commit on a weekly basis, advising changes to load as applicable. Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with customer demand and production capacity. Requirements: Education/Qualification: Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent Have prior experience working in Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping Experience: 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or coordination (manufacturing environment preferred). Skills/Competencies: Strong understanding of production workflows, material requirements, and capacity planning. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with scheduling or visualization tools is a plus.
