Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / All-Around Construction Tradesman for residential construction and remodeling work.
We need someone reliable, skilled, and able to handle multiple phases of construction. This position is for someone who can work independently, lead other workers when needed, and help keep jobs moving on schedule.
Experience Needed In:
Framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, taping, painting, trim, flooring, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, light plumbing, and light electrical.
Responsibilities:
Run daily job tasks
Lead and work with crew members
Complete quality work without constant supervision
Measure, cut, install, repair, and finish materials properly
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Communicate clearly with management
Help make material lists when needed
Solve problems on site
Requirements:
Strong residential construction experience
Reliable and on time
Own hand tools
Valid driver’s license and transportation
Able to work Monday through Saturday
Professional with customers and coworkers
Able to work alone or with a crew
Pay:
Pay based on experience and skill level.
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday through Saturday
