This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; some flexibility will be required to accommodate the occasional need to work overtime and weekends. JOB SUMMARY:

This is a non-exempt position, with a full-time work schedule of 8:00am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, $26 to $27 per hour.

Maintains compliance with all general and community-specific regulations. REQUIRED SKILLS:
· A minimum of six (6) months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property (LIHTC - Low Income Housing Tax Credit)
· Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
· Strong skills in customer service and sales
· Experience in YARDI Voyager is a plus
· Must have a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside
· High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; some flexibility will be required to accommodate on call needs. JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is to maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new 284 unit Family Community, Terracina at Winding Creek, located in Roseville, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. Some flexibility will be required to accommodate the occasional need to work overtime, weekends, and for on-call maintenance emergencies. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, $28-$31 per hour. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to reside at the Community to meet USA Multifamily Management Inc.'s legal obligation to provide on-site maintenance personnel. An on-site 2 bedroom apartment will be provided at no charge.
