Position Highlights
Mix of clinic and OR:
2.5 3 days in clinic
2 days in OR (cases typically 6:45 AM 3:30 PM)
Monday Friday schedule; no weekend clinic
ModMed EMR
Call shared equally among partners
Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care
Practice support from 8 APPs and 6 therapists
Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build spine volume
Compensation & Benefits:

5 practice locations serving central Alabama
Onsite physical therapy, durable medical equipment, and urgent orthopaedic care clinic (open Mon Sat, 8 AM 8 PM)
Physician-owned ASC located across the street; new center under development
Team physicians for the Montgomery Biscuits, AA Minor League Baseball team
Strong, independent reputation in the community with support from a collaborative, physician-led platform
Qualifications
BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery with Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery required
Will consider Neuro Spine
Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
