    A Brief Overview

    The US LBM Engineering Manager (CRM) - Application Development will lead and manage our team of high-performing software engineers responsible for implementing CRM & CPQ solutions. This person will own all aspects of software development, delivery, documentation, and support of the strategic initiatives of US LBM.

    What you will doCollaborate with product leadership and other key stakeholders on defining and executing the strategic roadmap.Plan and build a high-performing team required to implement, execute, and support our initiatives. Coach and develop talent.Track, monitor, and improve team productivity, efficiency, quality, and team health through industry-standard software engineering metrics.Lead and mentor a team of software engineers comprised of employees and contractors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.Lead the overall implementation and execution by actively participating in technical design, architecture, and sprint planning. Remove roadblocks to ensure the team is successfulAct as the technical authority to enforce best practices in Service Now platform configuration, workflows, scripting, and integration.Required For All Jobs Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience. Experience Qualifications 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on application development. 3+ years of proven experience in software engineering management or technical leadership. 3+ years of experience in the Service Now Platform. Domain expertise in relevant areas of Service Now CRM, such as Sales and Order Management (SOM). Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/CPQ systems. Skills and AbilitiesDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience with CPQ applications is a plus. Champion ServiceNow best practices to ensure platform stability and support future updates. Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, workflows, and models. Proficient in unit testing/e2e testing/load testing frameworks. Proficient in leading and growing a team of software engineers. Capable of balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Capable of understanding strategic initiatives and translating them to tactical execution.

    A Brief Overview
    The Technology Finance Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between Finance and Technology. This role is responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of technology-related expenditures and investments. The Technology Finance Manager will deliver strategic insights to optimize technology spend, support high-impact initiatives, and ensure alignment with broader corporate financial goals.

    What you will doLead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Technology departments.Analyze financial performance versus budget and forecast and deliver variance analyses with actionable insights.Collaborate closely with Technology leadership to assess the financial implications of technology initiatives.Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and impact tracking for major tech-driven business transformations (e.g., Supply Chain Modernization, Customer Portal Deployment).Support M&A activities specifically related to technology systems and infrastructure.Track, forecast, and evaluate operating and capital expenditures for Technology, identifying trends and variances.Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across Technology spend.Support vendor negotiations and contract evaluations with relevant financial analysis.Lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in project costing and reporting.Ensure templates, tools, and finance-related processes in Technology are efficient and well-organized.Act as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools for Technology performance.Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

    Education QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field requiredMBA or CPA preferred.
    Experience QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years supporting the technology functions.Experience in large, matrixed organizations preferred.
    Skills and AbilitiesStrong understanding of tech-related cost structures, including software licensing, cloud services, and capital projects.Proficiency in financial systems, Excel, and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL, VBA, and Tableau preferred.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate technical financial concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
    Travel Requirements10% overnight travel as needed.
