Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for an Senior Embryologist to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time; rotating weekend and holidays

In this role, the Senior Embryologist will:
Execute and oversee quality control procedures to ensure laboratory excellencePrepare and maintain laboratory setup, media, and culture dishesPerform sperm preparation and conventional insemination techniquesAssist with and carry out oocyte retrieval proceduresConduct fertilization assessments and monitor embryo developmentPerform embryo cryopreservation and thawing with precisionExecute embryo biopsy proceduresPerform Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

Qualifications and Skills Include:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science requiredMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratoryDemonstrated ability to perform complex, detail-oriented work requiring sustained focus and technical precisionProven ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in accordance with established laboratory protocolsStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical teamCapacity to interpret laboratory data and assess its clinical relevanceProficiency with laboratory information systems and general computer applicationsClear and concise communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
