    We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU Medical Assistant to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Orlando, Florida.

    In this role, the OR/PACU Medical Assistant will:

    Assist as scrub technician in the ORProperly apply sterile and aseptic technique for set up/use of equipmentPrepare rooms for all procedures while ensuring necessary instruments, supplies and equipment are availableUse technical skill in the care and use of instruments, supplies and equipment used during a surgical procedureConduct proper sanitary maintenance of equipment according to OSHA guidelinesUse an autoclave and clean per protocolProvide ultrasound guidance under physician's supervision during transfersComfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, providing support

    Qualifications and skills include:

    Must have completed formal MA education/certificationPrior experience in an OR/Ambulatory Surgical settingExperience in women's health (e.g., OB/GYN) is requiredAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computerInfertility/IVF experience is preferredPhlebotomy skills are preferredProfessionalism and strong customer service skills a must

    Overview: Join an exceptional national team of Practice Liaisons. The Practice Liaison represents Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay area (RSC Bay) to the referring provider community, our industry partners, and our patients within a geographical area. The goal of this position is to grow new patient volume by maintaining and enhancing current provider relationships, developing new referring provider relationships, leveraging industry partners, and increasing overall brand awareness for the practice's region.

    The liaison works closely with the RSC Bay physicians to organize and lead networking opportunities to partner with referring providers in the care of our patients, and lead patient-facing events. Success is achieved through the attainment of specific and measurable goals related to patient referral volume, field activity, and performance of target accounts.

    The schedule is working M-F 8am-5pm supporting our RSC Bay clinics.

    How You'll Contribute:

    Conduct regular visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, establish partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships. Visits include office calls, luncheons, dinners, open house events, preceptorships, and meetings.Organize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients.Using market and competitive intelligence as well as internal data, create and maintain territory call routing plan to achieve goals. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities.Tailor messaging and strategy based on RSC Bay service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factors.Drive annual territory competitive analysis. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.Work closely with RSC Bay physicians to establish individual account strategy & target accounts.Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce.Monitor referral volume and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on data. Able to interpret reporting and find data-driven insights to drive actions.Leverage industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness.Work with the marketing team to design and deliver territory-specific provider collateral tailored to local needs.Deliver weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports. Manage field territory budget.Be prepared to speak to referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings.Maintain professional, fertility and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

    Requirements

    BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences.2 years experience in medical/service sales preferred.Women's healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferred.Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.Time and territory management skills. Familiarity with local market and health systems.Strong technical skills Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Salesforce, Power BI. Ability to leverage data to drive field priorities.Self-motivated, independent worker.Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
