As a telephone interviewer, you will be making outgoing calls and answering incoming calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate persons and places. You will also be verifying information over the phone, updating documentation as needed. The ideal candidate is able to maintain a positive, helpful attitude, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable on the phone. In-house training typically lasts two-weeks.
