    ???? About the Role

    As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will take a leadership role in maintaining properties, handling complex maintenance issues, mentoring new hires, and providing excellent service to residents. This role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with an 8–12 week on-call rotation and on-call bonus pay.

    ???? What You’ll Do

    Complete daily work orders efficiently and to high standards

    Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, janitorial, preventative maintenance, landscaping, and more

    Contact, schedule, and follow up with vendors as needed

    Collaborate closely with Preventative Maintenance, Property Management, and Administrative teams

    Serve as the first point of contact for residents during scheduled after-hours/on-call shifts, ensuring emergency work is completed efficiently with outstanding customer service

    Train and mentor new maintenance team members

    ✅ What You’ll Bring

    Valid driver’s license

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related field

    Resourceful problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

    Comfort using an iPhone for work orders and communication

    Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with residents of varying backgrounds

    Ability to work independently and complete work within deadlines

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to meet moderate-to-heavy physical demands: climb ladders (up to 9 ft), work overhead, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel ~90% of the day, occasionally lift/move 75+ lbs, frequently lift/move 50+ lbs
