    ???? About the Role

    The Field Technician plays an essential role in keeping our communities clean, safe, and welcoming. This part-time weekend role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and being out in the field.

    This position requires driving a company vehicle — a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

    ???? What You’ll Do

    Move trash and recycling bins in and out on designated days

    Collect litter/trash in exterior and interior common areas

    Perform gutter cleaning and leaf blowing

    Maintain pet stations

    Salt walkways during winter weather

    Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and other items as needed

    Complete additional duties as assigned

    ✅ What You’ll Need

    Valid driver’s license (required)

    Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Comfort interacting with residents of all ages and backgrounds

    Ability to meet moderate-to-heavy physical demands:

    Climb ladders up to nine feet

    Stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel for most of the workday

    Lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs frequently and 100+ lbs occasionally

    We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant Supervisor to oversee the administrative and leasing support functions across our property management portfolio. This full-time role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in leasing workflows, resident documentation, financial administration, and quality assurance processes.

    ???? What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Development (30%)

    Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to the administrative team

    Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance check-ins

    Oversee workload distribution to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

    Train new team members on administrative procedures, software systems, and leasing processes

    Lease & Documentation Oversight (25%)

    Process applications, leases, renewals, addendums, and resident correspondence

    Draft, send, and countersign required documents including post move-in condition forms

    Prepare and distribute renewal letters and manage lease terminations

    Maintain accurate move-in/move-out calendars and records

    Quality Assurance & Reporting (15%)

    Conduct monthly audits and ongoing documentation quality checks

    Monitor compliance with company policies, leasing procedures, and insurance requirements

    Generate reports to support operational decision-making

    Financial & Administrative Operations (20%)

    Enter invoices, manage accounts receivable, and support collections

    Process utility and energy bill transfers as required

    Support small-balance delinquency resolution and annual budget template preparation

    Oversee insurance compliance and notify residents of pending cancellations or expirations

    Additional Duties (10%)

    Manage shared inbox, mass resident notifications, and general administrative support

    Address unplanned interruptions and urgent administrative needs promptly

    ✅ What You’ll Need

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

    2+ years of experience in property management, administrative supervision, or related field

    Strong leadership and team management skills

    Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

    Proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools

    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
