What you'll do as a Field Technician:
Field Technician Requirements:
Valid driver's licenseWork independently to complete assigned tasks within given timeframeWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with residents of varying ages and backgroundsAbility to meet physical requirements: The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. Assist with inventory and maintain an organized workspace

Contribute to a positive resident experience through clear communication
On-Call Responsibilities (5%)
Respond to emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts (one week per month)
Additional Duties (20%)
Address interruptions or unplanned maintenance needs promptly
Support team objectives and uphold Uptown’s service standards

1+ year of experience in make-ready, property maintenance, or a similar role
