Role Overview
The Chiller / HVAC Service Technician IV services, installs, maintains, and repairs large-scale industrial and commercial cooling systems, including centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers. As a senior-level field service professional, this technician handles the most complex equipment teardowns and comprehensive system diagnostics, coordinates work on large projects, and serves as a trusted technical resource for customers across critical environments. The role participates in a predictable on-call standby rotation and operates with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities
Service, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex chiller systems, including air-cooled, centrifugal, and water-cooled chillers.Perform complete equipment teardown and comprehensive system diagnostics on large commercial equipment.Coordinate work processes on large projects, including disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment for troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement.Proficiently operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls as directed.Develop long-term customer relationships and explain work performed to the customer's satisfaction.Provide customer solutions and communicate and document project status to all project stakeholders.Participate in the technician on-call standby rotation as dictated by business unit policies and procedures.Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers.Safely operate motor vehicles and trailers, meeting fleet safety and driving policy requirements and all company safety requirements.Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock on the service vehicle.Work effectively with app-based software.Required Background
Minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in commercial chiller service, demonstrating deep technical expertise and industry knowledge.Experience with centrifugal and screw chillers (Trane, York, Carrier, Daikin, or similar).Strong troubleshooting skills on 200 to 1000 ton systems.Knowledge of VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, and BAS controls.Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes.Proficiency reading complex schematics and prints.Proven ability to work as a proactive, self-directed professional who can manage complex projects with minimal supervision.Professional demeanor with solid interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication.Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets fleet safety and driving policy requirements.Full chiller teardown experience preferred.Compensation & Perks

Role Overview
The Plumbing Superintendent leads and coordinates plumbing construction on multifamily and commercial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. This role is responsible for one or more trade groups across multiple jobs, developing assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for the project team for the duration of each project. The Superintendent organizes and directs construction personnel, ensures materials and equipment are delivered on schedule, and serves as a field leader who provides technical expertise while driving safety, quality, and productivity.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as a leader on projects and provide technical expertise to partners, adhering to construction processes that complete work safely and to a high standard of quality.Manage, coach, and develop direct reports through timely, complete, and meaningful performance management conversations.Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of equipment and tool capacities and assigned personnel.Confirm earned value of work and the accuracy of forecasted percent completions.Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.Perform required safety observations and eliminate jobsite hazards as they are recognized to reduce safety incidents and their severity.Apply Quality and LEAN principles including pull planning, six-week look ahead, value mapping, and constraint logs.Budget projects by estimating worker hour requirements against the construction schedule and project budget, and provide material takeoffs, estimates, and pricing for scope changes.Resolve construction problems such as productivity gaps, work interfaces, and manpower needs, and advise senior supervision and project management of potential issues, interferences, and schedule difficulties.Maintain liaison with Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering, and other departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support craft activities and the project schedule.Conduct pre-job and planning meetings so all team members understand contract terms, conditions, schedules, and any unusual project requirements.Required Background
Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience.Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, coordination and BIM drawings, submittals, specifications, details, and job orders.Strong understanding of all facets of the construction process and the ability to plan and see the big picture.Demonstrated leadership, time management, and project management skills.Competence in conflict and crisis management.All relevant licenses and certifications required for the position.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Construction Superintendent certification preferred.Multifamily construction experience preferred.Compensation & Perks
