About the Role: As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital part in supporting veterans and ensuring their cases move forward smoothly. You’ll collaborate with our attorney and clients, keeping everything on track with compassion, precision, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide updates to clients via phone and email Organize projects and track progress in Filevine Calendar important deadlines Review and organize medical records File documents with the VA Coordinate closely with the attorney on file Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a case manager or in a similar role (VA disability law firm experience preferred) Accreditation or hands-on experience assisting with VA disability claims under the direction of an accredited attorney or VSO Familiarity with Filevine strongly preferred Possession of a valid PIV card Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail Understanding of law firm operations Position Details: 100% Remote Compensation: $25–$36/hour (commensurate with experience) Why Join Us?
