Reporting to the Associate Dean of International Programs and Partnerships, the director will lead and oversee the development, management, and expansion of the Darla Moore Business School's international partnerships and academic programs.Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience:Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing global partnerships, a commitment to internationalizing business education, and experience navigating complex international programs.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Knowledge and understanding of: regulatory and visa requirements affecting student mobility across borders; issues related to international educational exchange, including knowledge of comparative systems of international education, international credit transfer, pre-departure orientation, financial aid, risk management; cultural factors influencing international student attitudes and behaviors.
