Job DescriptionThe University of Missouri, Division of Hematology and Oncology is seeking full-time faculty to join our growing Cancer Center. Ellis Fischel Cancer Center launched their Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies program fall of 2024. The division is searching for a team member who has a passion for caring for our patients that will require bone marrow transplants or other cellular therapies as well as their aftercare. Our hematology and oncology faculty at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center provide inpatient and outpatient support for a multi-hospital academic health system. This position comes with a competitive salary, benefits, and work hours.

The candidate selected for this role will serve as our expert providing care for our IBD patients and IBD-focused medical education as a clinician-educator for our gastroenterology fellowship program.
For interested and qualified candidates, this role includes the opportunity to build an IBD program with an IBD Directorship. The candidate selected for the IBD Directorship will have flexibility in establishing expectations regarding administrative time, call, clinic, and GI lab time.

This provider will see patients in our main clinic located in Columbia, Missouri and review slides and interpret clinical findings in our Dermpath Lab.
Department of Dermatology, University of Missouri, offers patients with all types of skin conditions some of the latest medical and surgical treatment options, as well as the opportunity to enroll in therapeutic clinical trials. Our dermatologists are committed to increasing our understanding of dermatologic diseases through innovative research. Our department has 10 residents and a Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellow. Both programs are ACGME-accredited.
