In this Junior Designer and Production Artist role, you will assist in designing compelling visual marketing creative content for print, email, website, social media, and digital platforms. You will ensure brand compliance for visual content that engages alumni, donors, and students; you will complete projects assigned and have a solid understanding of the strategy that furthers the mission of the Foundation. Having proficiency in and knowledge of the latest software and equipment, trends in design, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines, clients, and vendor relationships is critical.
In this position, you will:
Provide hands-on graphic design creation of marketing assets including for print, web, email, social, and digital platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for any production-related projects (including templates, resizes, etc.) and relationships with production vendors.Collaborate with the Creative Content & Communication team and the Constituent Engagement, Annual Giving, and Stewardship teams in development of effective supporting assets.Manage relationships with vendors as necessary, ensuring that quality, production, and data security are in line with Foundation expectations.Ensure brand compliance for wordmarks, logos, etc. Responsible for updating/creating aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of artwork and wordmarks to support the brand.Contribute to the strategy of design work for multichannel campaignsContribute to design and review of web pages and registration forms in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Department and Alumni Relations Department.Develop collateral materials including, but not limited to solicitations, direct mail, email, brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, newsletters, templates, postcards, presentations, invitation suites, and other promotional and event marketing materials.Collaborate with department leadership to develop creative campaigns across all forms of media (print and digital) based on strategy and objectives.Contribute creatively to further achieving the goals of the Because of UConn Campaign.Collaborate on art direction of photography and other visual assets used in marketing efforts as needed.Always model and articulate the Foundation's organizational core values.Perform other duties as assigned.Leadership

POSITION SUMMARY
In this Facilities Support Specialist position, you will have an essential role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a wide range of hands-on maintenance and custodial tasks, comfort with using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of 16 to 24 hours per week. We have flexibility and are willing to discuss a variety of schedule options. Please note that a minimum of 20 hours per week would be required for benefit eligibility.

Position Summary
In this Disbursements Specialist role, you will review and process Request for Disbursements (RFD) and scholarships, ensuring responsible stewardship practices and accurate entry into a workflow/document management system and our accounting system. You will report to the Associate Director of Disbursements and will work alongside a very experienced Disbursements team. You will be responsible for check processing, bank drafts, ACH transfers, monthly Visa reconciliation, and vendor maintenance.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of 15 to 20 hours per week. We have flexibility and are willing to discuss a variety of schedule options. Please note that a minimum of 20 hours per week would be required for benefit eligibility.
In this role, you will:
Perform an initial review of RFDs and scholarships to ensure compliance with written policies, internal control procedures and turnaround standards, including but not limited to, fund purpose, account codes, fund balances, signatories, and purchasing guidelines. Ensure all necessary documentation pertaining to the request is identified and attached.Upload reviewed RFDs from the workflow/document management system to the General Ledger. Prepare and reconcile accounts payable batches for posting including invoice updates.Perform weekly check runs, weekly EFT's and monthly ACH transfers.Monthly reconciliation of the credit card transaction by exporting the transactions, reviewing all the transactions ensuring all documentation, coding and approvals are complete and then importing the completed credit card excel spreadsheet to the General Ledger.Assist with maintaining the vendor database within the accounts payable module. Assist in obtaining and scanning all required documentation for vendor records, including W-9 and COI forms.Prepare standardized and ad hoc reports for distribution (i.e. monthly potential compensation report and monthly equipment purchased report).Other duties as assigned.Leadership
