The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Community Practice, is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Instructor or above to join our new community practice located in Denver. We are seeking a skilled generalist to provide comprehensive clinical care in both obstetrics and gynecology, including inpatient and outpatient services, as well as surgery.
As a member of the CU Medicine East Denver practice, you will collaborate with a team of providers, sharing service coverage- including night and weekend call at Rose Medical Center.
While the position is primarily clinical, there are opportunities to contribute to the education of medical residents and students, supporting the next generation of clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in obstetrics and gynecology, including outpatient visits, inpatient care, and surgical procedures.Participate in call coverage, including nights and weekendsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and coordinated care across the practiceSupervise and teach medical students in both clinical and procedural settings. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentationEngage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesContribute to community outreach and patient education effortsOnsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Denver, Colorado
