    Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for supporting and expanding client relationships within designated territories, delivering efficient and scalable solutions for local and regional clients By focusing on proactive client management and delivering tailored services, the Account Executive will drive account retention and revenue growth The role involves engaging with clients to understand regional requirements, coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery, and maximizing satisfaction through consistent follow-up.

    Responsibilities:
    • Cultivates and strengthen relationships with existing accounts and builds relationships with new clients, making educated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client needs are met
    • Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to increase new revenue
    • Mine existing parent accounts for service expansion opportunities
    • Wins new projects and sites from existing parent accounts
    • Identifies and pursue opportunities to convert competitor customers to our products
    • Increases product and unit sales outside of initial scope
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing
    • Manage account plans within assigned regional/local territories, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
    • Meets or exceeds regional revenue goals
    • Provides tailored solutions that align with client requirements and maximize cross-selling or upselling within accounts
    • Drives relationship for clients in the region/locally, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive support for ongoing projects
    • Works with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, address any client service issues, and ensures consistent client experience
    • Presents recommendations and service options to clients to demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and value-added services available within the region

    • Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction

    Overview:

    Technician-Fence (Fence Technicians) loves to drive a truck filled with fencing materials to designated work sites. Our customers expect fast and timely service, so it's important you are customer focused. You will also install the fence into the ground using a "kittyhawk."

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
    • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
    • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediately
    • Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
    • Unload all fence materials and install fence panels, with appropriate tools, at work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications. Locate, measure and mark location for placement of panels & installation
    • Coordinate the workload and the efforts of the Fence Helper. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment & work site to ensure that specifications are met
    • Meet with site superintendent (or other designated representative) to confirm work order. Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc
    • Record information such as personnel, production and operational data on specified forms and submit to Fence Manager at end of each shift
    • Train Fence Helper on proper installation procedures, safety protocol, etc
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Two years of general labor experience.
    • Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL Class C).
    • Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.

    Overview:

    The Trailer Technician transports restroom and shower trailers to customer locations. This position ensures water, drainage, and electrical are operation at time of installation. Trailer Technicians perform any maintenance and janitorial needs for trailer throughout duration of rental before transporting back to a United Site Services (USS) branch at end of rental.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct daily pre-shift & post-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediately. Also, report improper operation, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to the Mechanic/Operations Supervisor/Manager
    • Operate delivery truck to and from pre-designated work sites based on daily routing information
    • Maintain telephone or radio contact with Hub Manager or Office Administrator to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc
    • Deliver comfort stations to or pick up from event location, completing set up and breakdown of all equipment
    • Troubleshoot issues which may arrive during delivery, servicing or pick-up of comfort stations, which may include basic electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC
    • Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in units being serviced and service/repair comfort stations
    • Clean interior and exterior of units
    • Maintain truck logs according to state and federal regulations
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
    • Valid Driver License (CDL with a class A endorsement).

    Overview:
