As a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist, you will play a key role traveling to visit all franchise stores within your assigned territories with the purpose of understanding and defining their needs.
Specific duties for the role include:
Visit franchise locations to see what’s working — and what could work even better.Help owners fine-tune operations, marketing, and sales strategies.Dig into P&Ls, uncover growth opportunities, and set smart goals.Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.Be the bridge between franchise owners and our corporate support team.Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep everyone moving forward.Travel about 50% of the time — exploring your region while helping businesses shine.QualificationsSpecific qualifications for this business development role include:
Previous experience working as a Business Advisor in a related (preferably Sign) industry; experience in franchising a plus.Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.Ability to advise on labor, vendor/supplier procurement challenges.Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures.· Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
· Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Proficient computer skills including MS Office products
· Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel minimum of 50%
· Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale, and accounting software

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Presenting franchise brand offerings using marketing materials and store toursSending franchise leads to corporate for discovery day toursMaintaining relationships with existing franchisees in an assigned regionActing as a leader in the development of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangementsWorking with business brokers and consultantsAttending trade shows across America with the teamConduct virtual meetings with prospects when necessaryThis position would report to the Chief Development Officer and the ideal candidate would reside in region, or within quick driving distance. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years' experience in business ownership or outside transactional sales. Franchise sales experience is not required but is a plus. You must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with driving to meet prospects every day throughout your region. If you are motivated by money, helping others succeed, and a challenge, this is the role for you. You will be paid a base salary plus no-cap commission!
