Receiving & Unloading
Receive weekly inbound shipments and safely unload pallets from trucks using an electric forklift.Inspect incoming pallets and cartons for visible damage or discrepancies.Report shipping or inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager.Stage received pallets in designated receiving areas.Carton Organization
Sort and organize cartons according to Warehouse Manager instructions.Separate products by SKU, style, purchase order, shipment, or warehouse location.Ensure products are handled carefully and organized accurately.Daily Pallet Movement
Retrieve designated pallets from warehouse storage at the beginning of each shift.Return pallets to their assigned locations at the end of each shift.Keep aisles, exits, and work areas clear and organized.Report misplaced, damaged, or unstable pallets.Pallet Rack Organization
Learn warehouse rack locations and inventory organization systems.Consolidate inventory to maximize available storage space.Relocate pallets as directed while maintaining inventory accuracy.Safety & Warehouse Operations
Complete daily forklift inspections.Follow all warehouse, loading dock, forklift, and pallet rack safety procedures.Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately.Maintain clean receiving areas, staging zones, aisles, and workstations.Assist with additional warehouse and receiving duties as assigned.Performance Expectations

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional Staffing Coordinator to support recruiting operations while assisting with branch activities. This position is based out of our Carson branch and will also provide support from our Huntington Beach office as business needs require. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and has a genuine interest in growing their career with our company.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, as this role involves frequent communication with employees, applicants, and clients in both languages.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for assigned positions and client locations.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication.Manage day-to-day client communications and respond promptly to staffing requests.Prepare, maintain, and submit reports accurately and on time.Conduct new hire orientations at our Huntington Beach office as needed.Coordinate employee placements and provide ongoing support to associates and clients.Assist the Carson branch with recruiting, administrative duties, and general office operations as business needs require.Partner with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work from both the Carson and Huntington Beach offices as needed.Must be a strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in growing professionally with the company.What We Offer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Bookkeeper / Junior Accounting Clerk to join our manufacturing and operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting functions (AP/AR), managing data entry, and assisting with inventory tracking and administrative duties. The ideal candidate possesses a strong baseline in manual bookkeeping, excellent reconciliation skills, and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and Master System.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain the general ledger, including preparation, verification, and control of all accounting entries.Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, including invoice processing, matching, and verification.Enter and maintain accurate financial data within QuickBooks and Master System accounting software.Perform monthly bank reconciliations for company accounts, verifying cash deposits, cleared checks, and bank transactions.Prepare monthly A/R and A/P schedules, reconcile discrepancies, and support account balancing activities.Assist with month-end closing processes, reporting, and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with company policies.Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding billing, payment inquiries, and financial procedures.Inventory & Administrative Support
Maintain inventory records for resin materials and assist with overall inventory tracking.Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, maintaining highly organized digital and physical accounting files.Assist with general administrative tasks, office support, and special projects as assigned.Operational Excellence
Meet established financial deadlines and reporting requirements.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies quickly and accurately.Support continuous improvement efforts within accounting and administrative workflows.Qualifications
Required:
1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks required.Strong knowledge of manual accounting and standard bookkeeping procedures (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry) and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential financial data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:
Experience with Master System accounting software.Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience working within a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Skills & Competencies
