Position Summary:
A Project Manager (Electrical) leads large-scale, complex electrical construction projects ($2 M+) from conception to completion. They are responsible for driving profitability, establishing budgets/schedules, overseeing safety/compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role requires technical expertise, mentorship and communication directing field staff for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full project P&L performance, forecasting, and cost controlLead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategyManage client relationships and serve as primary point of contactIdentify and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risksLead and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and field leadershipEnsure projects meet United Electric’s standards for safety, quality, and performance
Qualifications:
Some experience in electrical construction project management on projects of $2 Million +Proven success managing large-scale or highly complex projectsStrong financial acumen, forecasting, and cost-control expertiseDeep understanding of contracts, change management, and risk mitigationDemonstrated leadership and team development capabilityExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsCompensation:

Position Summary: United Electric Company is seeking a solutions-oriented, proactive Division Manager with a proven ability to plan, organize and deliver. This role requires a critical thinker and effective leader who can manage all aspects of the Utility Division, scheduling, manpower planning and subcontractor coordination. Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the operational and financial leadership of the Utility Division
● Hands on, Safety first operator
● Own Division P&L
● Manage fleet and equipment utilization
● Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning and subcontractor coordination
● Implement project controls, cost tracking, look ahead planning, scheduling etc
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years experience in electrical utility management
● 5-10 years experience in electrical utility construction
● Ability to work with a union workforce
● Proven track record managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects
● Strong financial acumen and contract management experience
● Strong leadership presence
● Goal oriented
● Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
