This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential remodeling and custom building projects, helping bring clients’ visions to life from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed architectural plans and 3D designs for residential projectsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, style, and budgetWork alongside project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate executionRevise plans as needed and ensure all designs meet local codes and regulationsAssist in material selections and overall design developmentRequirements:
3–5 years of experience in architectural design or residential remodelingProficiency in Chief Architect software (required)Strong design sense with attention to detailExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesWhy Join Us:

Schedule: Monday–Friday appointments; Saturday appointments about 1x/month (local travel only — no overnight travel)

Meet with pre-set homeowner leads (in-home and/or showroom) and run a professional consultationDiagnose needs, build trust, and present remodeling solutions that fit the client’s goalsGuide clients through selections and scope so the project is clearly definedPresent and close Design Agreements, Construction Agreements, and Change OrdersOwn the relationship through the handoff—ensure a smooth experience and strong customer satisfactionKeep pipeline notes and sales tracking updated weekly (organized follow-up is everything)What we’re looking for
Must-haves
Proven sales performance (in-home/outside sales strongly preferred)Remodeling, home improvement, construction, or design-related sales experienceConfident communicator with solid objection handling and negotiation skillsSelf-managed: shows up prepared, follows up fast, and closes cleanCoachable and competitive with a high-income mindsetNice-to-haves
Experience selling high-ticket projects and managing longer sales cycles
