Job description
Holiday Inn Express is hiring Front Desk Clerks to join our hospitality team. We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone calls, and general guest services while creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.
Available Shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Both full-time and part-time positions may be available. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Qualifications:
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hotel experience preferred, but not required
