About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to support our cannabis cultivation facility. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining a “surgically clean” environment inside our flower and vegetative grow rooms.
Precision cleaning is essential to protect plant health, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest production standards. This is not general janitorial work — this role directly impacts plant viability and overall facility success.

Clean and sanitize all flower and veg grow roomsRemove grow cubes and plant wasteSweep and vacuum trays and floorsClean peripheral fans, walls, and filtration unitsChange and date filters on MSB units and air carriersClean and sanitize air carriersWash trays using Dawn dish soap and deck brushesClean irrigation lines and componentsSanitize trays and floorsAssist with trash and recycling as neededCollect, weigh, shred, and dispose of marijuana wasteOperate equipment including MJ waste shredder and trash compactorDismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble machinery (fans, filtration units)Maintain digital cleaning and sanitation logs for complianceUse of PROCURE Gas may be required for sanitation tasks in the future. Contractors will not initially perform these tasks and would be fitted for appropriate PPE and hazmat gear if they choose to.

We are hiring motivated team members to join a fast-paced cannabis production facility in Boonton, NJ. We currently have openings across four departments: Post-Harvest, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Edibles Production. These positions support the harvesting, processing, manufacturing, and packaging of cannabis products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment. Cross-training may be provided based on business needs.
