    USG Merchandise Photographer
    Location: St. Louis Park, MN

    Position Description:
    As a merchandise Photographer here at Uncommon Sports Group (USG) you will ensure that all products have been photographed and that their product attributes are correct. Additionally, you will complete the uploading of all product images efficiently and systematically based on our company processes in order to promote eCommerce sales.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Learning, maintaining, and optimizing product photography and technologyAlways work diligently to take high quality product imagesEnsuring photography technology and activity processes are followedProduct attribute and information quality assuranceComplete all other job duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
    Objectives:
    Ensure high-quality product images are taken in order to promote eCommerce salesAchieve Quarterly goals, improving measurable photography and quality assurance ratesImprove operational efficiency and quality within the Photography departmentPromote a positive, high-energy, high-excellence professional environment
    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of photography, merchandising, and/or operations experience1+ years of team management experienceComfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Operational project management experienceLeadership, Change Management, and communication skills.Inventory Management software experience a plusEducation or Certification in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
    Additional Information:
