We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring a streamlined inventory management process across all of our locations.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining an efficient and well-organized inventory system
Responsibilities
Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of inventory itemsMaintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movementsConduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracyCollaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordinglyImplement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situationsCoordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipmentsGenerate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key metricsWork closely with the purchasing team to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costsImplement best practices for inventory management and contribute to process improvementRequirements and SkillsProven experience in inventory coordination or a similar roleStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and proceduresExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory softwareEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment
