    What You'll Do
    As an Administrator / Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting both our hiring efforts and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include:
    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboardingReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesSchedule and conduct initial interviewsCoordinate interview calendars and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring processPrepare offer letters and complete new hire onboarding paperworkMaintain accurate recruitment and employee recordsSupport employee onboarding and orientationAnswer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionallyMaintain office organization, supplies, and administrative documentationAssist leadership with reports, scheduling, and other administrative projectsEnsure confidential information is handled with professionalism and discretion
    What We're Looking For
