As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication remindersSupport household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as neededMonitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV systemEnsure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

As the Endoscopy Assistant I, you will assist nursing staff and physicians with patient care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. As well as clean, disinfect and perform routine maintenance on endoscopic equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
