    Job Description

    We are hiring for our North American Sales Team in the following location:

    Northern California, Washington, or Oregon

    As an Outside Sales Representative at AT-PAC, you will be the voice and initial point of contact for our industry leading company. We'll rely on you to use your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of interested parties and turn them into loyal customers. You must be ambitious and outgoing, with a love of calling on customers, building relationships and selling our equipment and services.

    Additional Responsibilities Include:

    Develop and implement sales revenues to accommodate AT-PAC goalsMaximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined geographical territoryMaintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiary companies, acting as a single point of contact for such customersProspect and qualify new accounts from existing accounts, dormant or non-customer accounts, including competitor accountsCollaborate with specialty division representatives to promote cross selling to accounts wherever possiblePrepare sales action plans and strategiesDevelop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsUtilize Sales Force.com and other CRM Tools to develop pipeline of opportunitiesMonitor competitors, market conditions and product developmentDemonstrate time management and priority setting skillsOther duties assigned as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5 + years in the scaffolding/soft crafts industryThree years of sales experienceExceptional relationship-building and communication skillsStrong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of construction industry or related equipment preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAdditional Information

    The Territory Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in expanding Form-on's market presence by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a robust go-to-market strategy. This role combines field sales, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to support the Dual Brand Initiative and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and embodies Form-on's values of simplicity, speed, and transparency. This is a remote position based within the assigned territory, requiring frequent travel throughout the region and occasional travel to the Form-on USA Headquarters, as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Form-on's market expansion goals and the Dual Brand Initiative.Identify and act on growth opportunities, new products, and market potential across your territory.Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication within Form-on and across the Umdasch Group.Represent and champion Form-on's culture and values (we-Feel, we-Think, we-Do) internally and externally.Help identify and attract new sales talent in your region to support growth.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, acquisition, retention, and key account support.Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits (physical or virtual) and proactive engagement.Lead localized marketing efforts and campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team.Analyze and determine regional market prices for used and new formwork and scaffolding.Utilize smartCRM for accurate customer data and sales activity documentation.Collaborate closely with Customer Service on quotes, pricing, order processing, and delivery coordination.Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including EU/US sanctions checks and proper complaint handling.Contribute to regional planning, forecasting, budgeting, and weekly sales updates.Coordinate Dual Brand alignment with Doka country organizations and leverage internal support functions.Share regional market insights to support supply chain and business development.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment sectorsProven track record of territory management and new business developmentStrong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and go-to-market executionFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., smartCRM) and digital communication platforms (e.g., MS Teams)Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teamsComfortable with frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to company headquartersStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesCommitment to upholding compliance standards and contributing to a positive, values-driven team cultureAdditional Information

    In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Form-on USA is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data. This role offers a performance-based commission structure, allowing employees to earn based on their individual sales achievements. However, commission is not guaranteed and solely depends on the employee's ability to generate sales, secure contracts, and meet performance targets. Commission payouts are governed by company policies and applicable commission agreements.
