What you’ll do
Be a full time In Office coordinator.This is desk job- In Office.Gather documentation and coordinate with doctors office.Provide assistance to the field staff.Collaborate with physician and RN to help implement the patient's care plan.Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Support patients and their families by providing education on health management and medication administration.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your nursing skills.Basic qualifications
Valid LPN license in the state of practice.Graduate of a state approved school of practical nursing.Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, preferred.Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Hospice.Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.Completion of a Hospice training program prior to providing care.
