Production Trainer We're seeking a confident and hands-on Production Trainer to lead training and development within our cleanroom compounding team. This role is responsible for assigning, conducting, and tracking training activitiesensuring every technician is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet our high standards for safety, accuracy, and compliance. While cleanroom or lab experience is not required, the ideal candidate holds a PhD in a scientific field and has a passion for structure, quality, and guiding others toward excellence. The Production Trainer is actively engaged on the production floor, observing daily practices, providing real-time coaching, and making sure all training is properly completed, documented, and coordinated with the Quality Team. Conduct hands-on training sessions and retraining when needed. Monitor training completion and proactively address gaps in compliance or performance. Provide real-time coaching and feedback during cleanroom operations. Set clear expectations for GMP compliance and aseptic technique.
